ruleqa, and the active.list generation cron job, needs to avoid building new updates/promotion lists based on underpowered mass-checks.

It already avoids building them if fewer than 3 (?) submitters are present. But it should also:

1. ensure a required quorum level of # of hams, # of spams scanned across all participants

2. age of spams? too old = bad

3. ensure that 1-2 participants aren't "overcrowding" the others with much bigger corpora

other ideas?

moving all open 3.3.1 bugs to 3.3.2
Comment 2 Karsten Bräckelmann 2010-03-23 17:43:00 UTC
Moving back off of Security, which got changed by accident during the mass Target Milestone move.
Comment 3 Kevin A. McGrail 2013-06-21 16:10:25 UTC
Moving all open bugs where target is defined and 3.4.0 or lower to 3.4.1 target
Comment 4 Kevin A. McGrail 2015-04-12 14:53:05 UTC
Good ideas, pushed to 3.4.2.

Dave Jones, I'm pretty sure we've implemented quite a few of these masscheck ideas. I think the overcrowding is the only one left?

Moving off a release track. This is rules related not release related.
