Hi. Due to that MSGID_GOOD_EXCHANGE lacks a score in 50_scores.cf, it's
scoring _positive_ 1.0. While I don't like Micro$oft, this isn't a spam
sign... it should have a negative score, plus 'tflags' of 'nice'.
