The description of DATE_IN_FUTURE does not cover the case where Date: is significantly in the past.
This could cause confusion.

Fixed locally. Will checkin later in the week when I finish a few other changes
to head_tests.

DATE_IN_FUTURE does not check relative to current date, therefore:
Date: Differs by more than 4 days from current date

Perhaps
Date: is more than 4 days from the Recieved headers
