I think this might have something to do with razor discovery not working. 
razor-admin -register isn't working either this morning.  But perhaps
spamassassin should handle this more gracefully.

I'll leave a copy the -D output in the URL for this bug.

The error message isn't exactly clear, but ...   I added code to put a nice
debug message if a timeout occurs reporting to razor2.
