The following paragraphs from a newsletter for breastfeeding mothers set off
both PENIS_ENLARGE and PENIS_ENLARGE2 in 2.44 .. the def'ns don't appear to
have changed in 2.50.

Once I started breastfeeding, I had a different conception of my breasts. I
went from feeling they were a private, intimate part of my body to feeling
proud they enabled me to feed my daughter and give her a healthy start in life.
I have developed a new respect for my breasts, and no longer feel they must be
kept hidden.

When your milk first comes in, your breasts are likely to
increase an entire cup size over the size they are now. To order a bra for a
good fit after delivery, we suggest ordering a bra that's one cup size up from
the size you are currently wearing.

only one of the rules (PENIS_ENLARGE2) is hit now in 2.60-cvs.
