As far as I can tell it isn't clear to Joe Admin where to find older SA's than 
the current CVS and the current release. Now sourceforge would be a good place, 
but

a) a link would need to be added and clarified on the download page
b) newer versions put there (newest currently is 2.21 I believe)

Just a suggestion

Ah I see this is all under the RELEASED subdir. Not obvious from the wording on 
the web site though
