During translation of messages in SA I have found that description for AWL test
is not stored in *.cf files. I have put description to my localized file and
found it is not used,  while other test are translated.

I want to notice, it will be nice if it would be possible to translate word
'points' in the line like this:

I think there's a lot of i18n and l10n stuff that we need to do... I'm
suggesting this should be for 2.70.

The autowhitelist desperately needs to be turned into just another rule,
perhaps run at a different place, but still, just another rule.
