With the new format for the summary on spam messages (with report_safe), it is
important that the descriptions of tests aren't too long. We currently have 50
characters reseved for testname (including tag such as BODY: or URI:). I hacked
together a script (hack in the unelegant sense) to find the rule names that need
shortening. I'll change a bunch and attach the output when I'm done for tests
that still need to be fixed...
