If both headers presented in Message, Msg-ID tests check Resent-Message-Id 
instead of original, which give FP for
MSGID_FROM_MTA_LATER
__BAT_MSGID
__UNUSABLE_MSGID

I already cut and pasted the report as bug 2077 -- I meant it'd be best to file
on bugzilla *in future* ;)
