Here are some possible sources of additional tokens.

I'm not sure if these would be better used:

  - merged in with the body text tokens
  - separately added (tagged)
  - both

1. font tag information, especially font names and font color
2. anchor_text
3. title_text
4. img ALT tag (already merged in with the body text tokens since the
   renderer adds it)
