I couldn't figure out why I couldn't find documentation on the SA config 
directives.  Turns out I was looking in the See Also section of the 
spamassassin and Mail::SpamAssassin man pages, neither of which references 
Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf.  In general, I think all the SA-related man pages 
should cross reference all the others.  "man -k" displays seven hits.

Apologies if this has been reported before.  I have never been able to 
navigate bugzilla's bizarre query interface, so I no longer even bother.
