Description Andrzej Filip 2005-01-08 09:14:19 UTC
Could Mail::SpamAssassin::Reporter provide the following info in report function
based on message (especially removed markup):
1) SA test reported in removed headers
2) "last hop" IP address

It would allow to deply some reports fit for *some* spam messages.

package Mail::SpamAssassin::Reporter;
....
sub report {
  my ($self) = @_;
  my $return = 1;
  my $available = 0;

  my $text = $self->{main}->remove_spamassassin_markup ($self->{msg});
....

Andrzej, which systems (to which SA would be reporting this spam) would use the
additional information you request?

I wanted the info to conditionally trigger some (new) kinds of spam reports
inside spamassassin code. e.g.
* reporting open proxy/relay listed by one RBL to another RBL
* reporting "most likely (nigerian) scam"

"Already listed as open proxy by RBL X" may help RBL operators to get useful hints
