Could SA provide reporting based on "spam category" provided via command line?

e.g. "spamassassin --report phising" 
The above command could send additional reports to
reportphishing@antiphishing.org and phish@no-phishing.org

Closing old stale bug, doesn't seem like it's useful. Reporting should run reporting for all plugins that have reporting functions. To disable a specific report, there's probably config option, or just don't load the plugin.
