free.fr is one of the main Internet Access Providers in France.
SpamAssassin should not detect the word "free" in this context as a clue of spam.

Agree with the above comment. My current corpus includes 17 ham from free.fr.
However, none of those 17 ham hit the ADDR_FREE rule: 

header ADDR_FREE  From =~ /\b(?-i:F)ree(?-i:[ A-Z]).*</i

I believe that's because of the capital F requirement above. 

This would allow the rule to hit on FREE.FR as a domain name.  Is that the case
in your hit? You didn't attach a sample.

Triage: Since no response in over a month and a half, and since my free.fr
emails don't hit the rule, closing as WORKSFORME.  Can be reopened if someone
provides an example where this rule hits.
