Description Loren Wilton 2005-05-22 15:01:31 UTC
From a recent thread on the user's list:

----------

>>authentication at

>>What can I do to fix it?

> Read the Razor docs. In this case, SA is telling you that Razor requires you

Does this mean that I need to make a separate installation of razor
using the instructions at
http://razor.sourceforge.net/docs/doc.php?type=text&name=INSTALL ? The
spamassassin spam reporting docs are not clear on this at all.
-----------

Note that the user in this case seems to be of normal intellegence, but
probably not a native English speaker. It seems the SA docs should be a little
more explicit and obvious on the exact things required to get this working.

Triage: I have not tried to install Razor myself, but it looks like the
guidance at http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/InstallingRazor and its
UsingRazor link should be sufficient. Is there anything that should be added to
those Wiki pages? Do we need to point to those Wiki pages from the SA
installation files?

I'm going to close this as WFM. The razor installation instructions are clear
about needing to register.
