Description Alexey 2006-08-22 09:15:10 UTC
Both domain1.tld and domain2.tld use Postfix.

Mail from MAILER-DAEMON@domain2.tld was sent back to sender@domain1.tld with
reason, that fake_receiver@domain2.tld mailbox doesn't exists.

SPF checker is grabbing local-sender(MAILER-DAEMON@domain1.tld) and checking
against receiver IP (domain2.tld). If domain2.tld isn't listed in domain1.tld
DNS SPF-record, than SA sets SPF_FAIL flag to mail.

WHY?

Sure, that mailer-daemon@smallserver.org cannot and don't send mails from ip
62.85.16.7, because it is mail.spils.lv's IP.
