I do not know how the various MUAs will render that "HTML", but I assume that if
the spammer went to this much work, it probably generate a clickable link in at
least one Microsoft mail reader.

didn't get queried to the URIDNSBLs
but it did hit on HTTP_ESCAPED_HOST

Closing old stale bug. Probably not an issue anymore..
