Description Marc Perkel 2007-06-26 08:45:12 UTC
Instead of just having a max-children setting for spamd I'd like to see
max-memory (or min-free-memory) and max-load setting. That way I can specify how
much memory and load should be allocated to spamd before refusing connections.

Load setting would be --max-load=50 for example.

As to memory, should accept numbers like % of free ram so that when the free
memory drops below 10% then it refuses new connections.

Or specify that when only 100megs are free to stop taking new connections.

And - I would like to see spamd close the port and stop listening when it hits
any limit.
