rules/20_freemail_domains.cf incorrectly lists pandora.be as a freemail domain.

Pandora(.be) was the original brand name of Telenet(.be), a large Belgian cable ISP.
Mailboxes under this domain are (and always have been) available only to paying customers, it has never been a freemail domain.

Don't let the label misguide you. There's lots of similar domains in the list.

"freemail" is just a name we've chosen to group consumer ISP/service's domains.

In that case, telenet.be belongs to the same category.
