It would be great if SpamAssassin would use the MIME-tools, or a similar Perl
MIME library, to disect the messages it was looking at as well as to add it's
reports to the outbound messages.

This would ensure that tests were applied to decoded text parts only as well as
making it easier to apply other tests and logic to the MIME structure of the
message.

This would also make it possible to attach an additional part for the report
text rather than blindly dumping it into the body text and modifying MIME parts.
