There isn't an option to add 4tld domain for listings like: zomralo.blob.core.windows.net 

where blob.core.windows.net should be the base domain 

or service.region.something.com for example.

The wildcarding in bug 7835 could also resolve this issue.

Probably useless unless DNSBLs use it too. Closing as tflags notrim in Bug 7835 is already implemented.
