I uninstalled the Spamassasin program using the XP xontrol panel, but it is 
still filtering my emails?

this is the bug tracking system for the open-source UNIX version
of SpamAssassin; sounds like your bug is with the Windows
version -- probably Deersoft's SA Pro.
