Okay, I'm tired of the FAQs.

defang_mime should be 0 by default
rewrite_subject
should be 0 by default

I second that.  If you want to filter spam with procmail, using X-Spam-Flag is
easier anyway.

report_header should probably be turned on by default, since otherwise you 
can't read the report in non-defanged HTML messages.

Part of the idea is that users/admins will have to make a choice about how
messages get marked up.  The default will become "you can't tell unless you
look at the X-Spam headers".
