My email was thought to be spam because it can from 192.168.32.18, which is a
private ip.  I suggest you add a rule to not include the server as spam if it
have a private ip address, since there many computers with the ip 192.168.*

That's not a spamassassin issue -- it's the RBL you're using.  If you don't want
to penalize that IP address, don't use RBLs which block those IPs.  To turn off
a particular RBL, set its SA score to 0
