I would like to modify a file which include a chart-sheet with a footer and 
headline. After modifying the table-sheet, the footer and the headline of the 
chart-sheet were damaged. I haven't done anything with the chart-sheet.

The footer and header IIRC are not the same thing as the footer and header on a 
chart.

Works fine with POI-3.5-beta4.

This bug seems to be related to Unicode support in LabelRecord. It was added in r353769 (Aug 2005).
