Hello,

The include tag from jakarta util strips newline characters from the included
file, because it uses BufferedReader.readLine(). This makes it useless for 
plain text JSP pages. You should add 
            bodyContent.write("\n");
to the loop or something. This is not a very good solution, because newlines 
will differ under different OS, but it works for me.

The utility tag library is deprecated. It was only a very early example of
how to write tag libraries.
