It would be nice to have an ANT core task that would merge various javadocs - 
j2ee, struts, jdk, etc...

For an input it can take a number of root javadocs directories and for output 
it could create a new merged javadocs directory.

Have a look at www.dbdoc.org - if you want a merged view of JavaDocs, this is the answer!
