If I want to have custom Font style for a whole ROW, there is no place to 
specify it. I have to set Cell Style value for each and every Cell. It would be 
better if we have the luxury to set the Row Style also.

Support for row style has been recently implemented. 
Try the latest POI 3.5-beta4.
