It would be nice to easily switch to an other language version in the authoring
area. Now you have to do following steps: Go to Site tab->Switch the
language->Go back to the Authoring tab.

Display language shortcode (zh_TW)* in status bar and introduce new menu
"language" in  menu bar (like File, Help etc.). Make entries for available
language versions clickable, and grey out those for versions not yet created.
Maybe put this menu to the right side next to the blue lenya text-logo as it's
not of the same functional level as the other menus. Could be a drop down box as
well to further distinguish from other menus if needed.

The default publication contains a language switch now, and I guess most other
multi-language publications as well. IMO we can postpone this to 2.0.1.
