mod_disk_cache in 2.2.x series ignores the EnableSendfile directive.  (Already
fixed in trunk)

Your patch is confusing: there's nothing like it in /trunk/, yet you say it's fixed in trunk.  Please clarify!

This bug has been fixed in trunk and 2.2.x.
