When creating service specifications using the nested <service> element, the
resulting folder in the jar file is named META-INF/service though it must be 
META-INF/services

Apache Ant version 1.7.0 compiled on December 13 2006
on java version "1.6.0-beta2", windows XP

Already fixed, due in ant 1.7.1.
