Description Niels Sorensen 2007-08-13 08:13:41 UTC
I have a virtual server (nagios 2.9) that refreshes the browser (FF2.0.0.5)
every 90 seconds. In the error logs, I see 'File does not exist: /htdocs' with
my host IP corresponding to the refreshes. I have "RedirectMatch permanent ^/$
http://nagios.site_withheld.com/nagios" in the config file for this virtual
server.
When it is commented out, this error message is no longer seen however when the
apache server is restarted this appears in the logs, '[Mon Aug 13 10:41:30
2007] [error] [client ::1] File does not exist: /htdocs' and no further errors
are reported.

At first glance this does not look like a bug, but it looks like a configuration
problem. Please try the user support forums first
(http://httpd.apache.org/lists.html#http-users).
If you have no success there or if it turns out to be bug please come back here
and attach your configuration.
