Enhance the Windows installer for Apache Tomcat when running on 64-bit Windows to search for both the 64-bit and 32-bit JVMs,  and to select the 32-bit one if it is the only one installed in the system.

This has been fixed in trunk and will be included in 7.0.13 onwards.

This has been proposed for back-port to 5.5.x and 6.0.x.

This has been fixed in 6.0.x and 5.5.x.

It is included in 6.0.33 onwards and will be included in 5.5.34 onwards.
