Hello, Thanks for contribution. If you want to have this feature included in JMeter you will have to provide a complete and tested implementation. I on my side don't think it's high priority but will be happy to include it if you provide a complete patch for it. Feel free to reopen issue with patch. Thanks. Created attachment 28509 [details] first try on implementing auto-indentation Hi! I think it would be awesome if beanshell and maybe other textarea-inputs too (eg. PostBody HTTP Request sampler for json and xml) in would have auto-indentation. I attached a clumsy mockup of the idea which implements this for the BeanShellAssertion component when using curly braces. However, this is stricktly a mockup and not meant for any productive use ;) br, Imm
