Would like to request JMX Instrumentation for JDBC Interceptors, notably the PreferedStatementCache.

Would like to see cache hits, number of elements in cache.  I would be interested in contributing.

This fix will be in :
- 9.0.x for 9.0.5 onwards
- 8.5.x for 8.5.28 onwards
