Hi Team,

We have been working with npoi object for word manipulations. Now we are facing a critical issue on header and footers. XWPFDocument always returning the current header and footer details along with old data which is not exist in the document. Because of that we are facing the major issue in our application. Kindly help me out.

If you are using NPOI, that is not maintained by Apache POI.

Maybe you could report to NPOI (https://github.com/tonyqus/npoi, I think).

does apchi poi works as same as npoi?

if so does apchi poi reads the headers and footers old meta data along with existing data?

The original problem seems to be related to npoi project rather than POI itself. For discussion usage/feature questsions please rather use the mailing list as many more people are listening and may respond there.
