The sizes of images being created from the picture fills of shapes while converting .pptx documents to SVG are incorrect.

More test patterns

Still a few left over patterns to be fixed.

I've fixed this issue via r1889686
But there are more unsolved cases which can be seen via the "More test patterns" attachment. Therefore I leave this issue open.
