300 threads, ramp-up for 2 seconds, loop count forever, scheduler duration for 360 seconds, sometimes there are several threads not stopped after the duration.Sometimes it doesn't.But the last two days they've been popping up.

I think this is a question for the users mailing list. You might have forgotten to set timeout values for the samplers.

If you still believe this is a bug in JMeter, than please provide more information. See "Required Information for bug reporting" on https://jmeter.apache.org/issues.html

In this case thread dumps and a minimal test plan to reproduce the issue would be particularly helpful.
