300 threads, ramp-up for 2 seconds, loop count forever, scheduler duration for 360 seconds, sometimes there are several threads not stopped after the duration.Sometimes it doesn't.But the last two days they've been popping up. There are no errors in the log Created attachment 37823 [details]

I think this is a question for the users mailing list. You might have forgotten to set timeout values for the samplers. If you still believe this is a bug in JMeter, than please provide more information. See "Required Information for bug reporting" on https://jmeter.apache.org/issues.html In this case thread dumps and a minimal test plan to reproduce the issue would be particularly helpful.
