The default mime.types file includes a commented-out image/jp2 line with no extensions. The mj2 format from the same RFC is included though.

image/jp2 is IANA registered, see https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/image/jp2

The registration lists as preferred .jp2 for the extension, but also .jpg2 as acceptable.

I'm not aware of any significant conflicting usages of either extension.

Also from RFC 3745, there's an IANA registration for image/jpx (https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/image/jpx) with the extensions .jpf and .jpx which is similarly (non-)handled by the default mime.types.
