I updated debian from 10 to 11 (bullseye) and apache2 do not work anymore.

"apache2 -v" gives :

[:crit] [pid 48885] (38)Function not implemented: AH00141: Could not initialize random number generator

The problem seems to be my kernel version which is 3.14

# uname -r
3.14.32-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64
