In order for quickdist target to work one must do ./build.sh compile quickdist.
 I'll probably fix this soon if ken doesn't but I'd like to log this in case I
forget or someone wants to build before I get to it.  I think I fixed the doc
dependency.

Quickdist is now the proper "dist".
