First, I created a workbook and defined a macro in the workbook. Then I ran a program to write to this workbook (POI version 1.11.0, the latest nightly build). When I opened the workbook from Excel, I got an error says "File Error: data may have been lost". But I still can open the workbook, all the data in the workbook are still there. Not sure what data may have been lost.
Can you attach your workbook? I'm currently investigating a similar problem when a DIV by Zero occurs.
Created attachment 5436 [details] the macro-enabled workbook which has the file open error
Can you also provide the "before" spreadsheet too?
Created attachment 5447 [details] Thanks for investigating the proble. Here is the workbook file before the test. "BeforeTest.xls"
