The wlstop task only stops the administrative server. This task should allow 
users the option to stop a managed server. I have added an attribute to the 
task called managedserver. By default the task still stops the admin server, 
but if the managedserver attribute is used the task will attempt to stop the 
managedserver specified as it's value.
