Would it be possible to allow an install of Apache without requiring the user 
to uninstall the previous version (manually) first?

This would make it much easier to update Apache on the Windows platform.
It's especially irritating now because I keep having to change the install dir 
in the installer and because I keep having to delete the shortcuts the 
installer keeps putting in my start menu.
