Description Thorsten Scherler 2004-09-06 09:57:48 UTC
IMO we have to retry marrying lenya and forrest! This approach has to work
*always* with latest trunk of both projects. Not like we had before where we
had to use one certain version of forrest!

1) It should be possible to create a forrest publication and then edit it with
lenya.
2) It should be possible to create a lenya publication and then export it a
forrest pub.
3) It should be possible to use the forrest crawler to export static html.
4) It should be possible to use forrest skins in lenya!

+-lenya should be integrated into forrest or vice versa. That makes it
possible to edit the content in a WYSWYG editor! Again writing in tags can not
be our aim! Lenya should take care of creating new, editing and archiving
existing content. Namly site.xml, tab.xml and all other xdocs. With lenya we
have as well workflow!

The docu publication supports the Forrest document and FAQ doctypes.
