In protocol/http/org/apache/jmeter/protocol/http/sampler/SoapSampler.java the 
HTTP Content-Length parameter is Content-length, and some strict firewalls (etc 
Zorp) do not let through Soap requests.

Added to CVS rel 2.0; also changed Content-type to Content-Type just in case
