In 1.4 (trunk from svn) I get a blank page when I try to edit a page with
bitflux (using cocoon2.1.6).  I tracked this down to
src/webapp/lenya/xslt/bxe/aggregate.xsl namespace issues.

I will attach a patch that got me up and editing with bitflux

This got rid of the blank page for me and allowed me to edit a page (and save
changes) with bitflux.	I believe that this is a problem caused by upgrading to
cocoon2.1.6

I just build 1.2.1 and was able to edit a page with bitflux with no problems.

I then rebuild 1.4 with aggregate.xsl restored from the trunk.  I get a blank
page when I try to edit with bitflux.  I tried this with lenya in tomcat and
then jetty.  I had the bitflux problem with both servlet containers.

Renaming Lenya 1.4 to 2.0
