The space allocation algorithm for pdf formatting doesn't reserve space for footnote body towards list-block properly. i.e. if I have a lot of list-blocks in my page, the list block would go over and overlap the footnote body at the bottom of the page.
Provide an example of the problem, please.

I haven't touched FOP for a while now, but the bug was last seen in this document which was generated by FOP 0.20.3rc according to document info in acrobat reader 4. (the fo snipplet is incomplete, so you might need to add something before and after to make it complete. The rest of the content is confidential, so I can't send the whole lot.)

works fine with the trunk.
sorry, does *not* work with trunk. With the trunk, the footnotes aren't displayed (bug 37579), with the patch from that bug it works fine though. The reported overlap of footnote body and page content does not happen anymore.
