http://jakarta.apache.org/slide/getting-started.html references libraries which
no longer exist in the form described:

jta.jar:  no JARs available, but it would appear that jta-1_0_1B-classes.zip has
the required classes

naming-common.jar: no analogous JAR in Tomcat 5; the naming* JARs are:
naming-factory.jar, naming-factory-dbcp.jar, and naming-resources.jar
