Other Jakarta projects distribute .zip's with the structure:
    jakarta-<projectname>-<version>/
    jakarta-<projectname>-<version>/build/
    jakarta-<projectname>-<version>/...
whereas the regexp project uses:
    build/
    ...
For consistency's sake, it would be nice if regexp would follow this convention.
